This item is part of a charity initative for childrens medical treatment that will be 100% donated in support of a NYC marathon runner.

Each item is crocheted from scratch and then decorated with love and care. Hats are designed to fit standard adult head sizes, but if you are concerned about a size feel free to contact me prior to purchase!
