Welcome to WubStitch! I have been in the rave and crochet communities for a while now, and I am finally starting my own business that merges those two loves together. AHHHH SO EXCITING!!!
Last year I bought my first crochet rave hat from the OG artists, Pixie Stitch, and YarnLab, and I was immediately inspired by their creativity, love for their craft and this community.
I have been making items like what I sell on this site for a long time now for friends and family so expanding has been a long time coming. I have put A LOT of time and effort into finalizing products, visions, and materials that meet my highest of standards. Every piece is a true labor of love, and I am proud to share them with the best community in the world.
Shipping & Handling Policy

For ready-to-ship products, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight of your order.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before completing your purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have procedures in place to handle such issues.

Please retain your tracking number and any relevant shipping information, as this will be required when filing a claim with the carrier.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, all sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers and to maintain the integrity of our small business. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of our handmade items. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Why We Have a No Return Policy

Custom Craftsmanship: Each item is carefully crafted by hand and made to order, which means it is personalized and unique. This level of customization makes it difficult to resell items.

Hygiene Considerations: Wearable crocheted products are personal items, and not fully washable. In order to prioritize maintaining the highest standards of hygiene for our customers, we cannot accept returns.

Small Business Sustainability: As a small business, we invest time, effort, and resources into creating every piece. Implementing a no-return policy allows us to continue delivering quality handmade products without compromising our ability to operate efficiently.
Customs
are currently open!
- Custom requests are through email only (wubstitch@gmail.com).
- You can tell if customs are open or closed by this section of the website.
- We take no more than 3 custom requests at once. At that point, customs will be closed. Customs are reopened once all 3 requests are completed.
- Before we begin creating your custom, there will be a written agreement between both parties that ensures payment, shipping & delivery timeframe, and details of your custom design.
- Only once both parties have agreed to terms, and payment has been sent, will we begin physically constructing your creation.
- All custom agreements are taken on a first come first serve basis.
- Payments for customs are accepted through PayPal or Venmo only and must be successfully processed before we are able to start creating your custom.
- We reserve the right to turn down any custom request that goes against our values here at WubStitch.
- While we do allow reference pictures, any request that is asking for, or describing, a copy of another creators art, will be declined. We know that there are beautiful designs out there, but those designs belong to their artist. Let's make you something original and for YOU!

My name is Mads and I live in Massachusetts🦞🌊 I am actually from Texas, but moved all over the country once I became a travel nurse 🩺 and fell in love with Boston. I taught myself to crochet and it is truly a creative outlet for me. I love bringing people joy with something I have created- there’s nothing better (so please tag me in pics!! I love to see your pretty faces and cute outfits)!! I always have a good book nearby📚 and I have the sweetest senior rescue dog🐾. His pound name was Jayson, but I just call him Jay (or jaybird). He is truly my soul dog and the loml. My favorite festival is Lost Lands🦖🦕, and I really have love in all genres of music, but my favorite genre is metal so I tend to vibe in the dubstep realm of edm. I have made so many friends, and met some of the world’s best humans through the rave community and I am just so grateful.
